Investment Management

Francis Kass is a Partner in the Investment Management practice of Arendt & Medernach. He became Head of the Frankfurt office in 2025, focusing on actively engaging with German clients and business partners. In this role, he promotes Arendt’s entire value chain, which encompasses expertise in Luxembourg Legal & Tax, Regulatory & Consulting and Investor Services.

Francis specialises in regulated and unregulated investment funds and advises clients on the structuring and life cycle management of alternative investment funds, as well as their respective management entities. He also advises on corporate governance matters related to Luxembourg funds.

Member of several working groups of the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI).

Former chairman of the Financial Services Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Luxembourg (AMCHAM).

Francis has been a member of Luxembourg Bar since 1996.

Master’s in Law from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (Belgium).
