Michèle Eisenhuth is a Partner in the Investment Management practice. She has a deep expertise on regulatory issues related to the setup and functioning of UCITS, alternative investment funds and investment fund management companies.

Over her 30 years career at Arendt, Michèle has represented large international asset management groups in their fund structuring and complex reorganisation operations.

Board member of the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI) from 2017 to 2025.

Co-Chair of the Asset Management and Investment Funds Committee of the International Bar Association (IBA) from 2022 to 2024.

Chair and/or active member of several ALFI committees.

Board member of several funds and investment fund managers of international groups.

Member of the Luxembourg Bar since 1995.

Master’s degree in Law from the Université de Liège (Belgium).
