Gaëlle Schneider is a Partner in the Investment Management practice of Arendt & Medernach. She has considerable experience in investment fund regulatory matters at Arendt, advising clients on the structuring, creation and organisation of management companies, their investment funds and related asset servicers. Gaëlle also has significant operational experience in the management company business as she launched and headed AManco, the investment fund manager within Arendt, as CEO from 2020 to 2025.

She has a strong experience within Arendt in investment fund related matters, advising clients on the structuring, creation, organisation and marketing of investment funds and management companies. Gaëlle also has specific expertise in relation to depositary issues in the field of investment funds. Before joining AManco, Gaëlle was a member of the Management Committee of Arendt Services where she led the Fund Company Secretary team within Arendt Fund Solutions. She assisted clients in the day-to-day corporate life of their investment funds and management companies. Gaëlle has also worked as a senior advisor within a major asset manager, where she was in charge of legal affairs concerning the structuring, operation and administration of Luxembourg funds as well as the operation of their management companies.
