Dominik Pauly is a Partner in the Finance & Capital Markets and Restructuring & Insolvency practice.

Dominik Pauly specialises in acquisition finance, real estate finance and financial restructurings and advises domestic and international clients on all aspects of syndicated lending, asset finance transactions, financial restructurings and enforcement of collateral.

He has a special focus on finance transactions and financial restructurings that concern the German market or involve German stakeholders and he coordinates the German market activities between Arendt’s representative office in Frankfurt office and the headquarters in Luxembourg.

Before joining Arendt & Medernach in 2020, Dominik worked as a finance lawyer at an international law firm in Frankfurt am Main (Germany) for more than seven years.
