After 30 years leading Arendt’s litigation practice as a Partner, François Kremer has now moved on to the position of Of Counsel with a focus on Alternative Dispute Resolution and mediation.
François Kremer is currently focused on Alternative Dispute Resolution, a field where his extensive experience stands out. Over the years, he has cultivated a deep understanding of this practice through his active involvement at the Civil and Commercial Mediation Centre and his various roles within the Luxembourg bar. Particularly, he has focused on handling disputes in civil and commercial matters such as corporate affairs, real estate, and inheritance.
