Position
Allison Norie is a Counsel in the Investment Management practice of Arendt & Medernach. She became Head of the Paris office in January 2024.
She advises domestic and international clients on all legal and regulatory aspects linked to the formation and ongoing operations of regulated and unregulated investment funds, with a particular emphasis on complex, structured UCITS.
