Career
Has experience representing clients in intellectual property disputes, particularly involving patents, industrial designs, and trademarks. Advises on the development of protection strategies, the enforcement of IP rights, and the filing of intellectual property applications, as well as conducting pre-filing searches, and pre-market product launch searches (FTO). Has further experience in negotiating intellectual property agreements, handling domain name disputes, and managing IP portfolios.
Is a patent (and trademark) attorney with dual qualifications in law and engineering. Conducts training sessions on intellectual property protection.
