Lawyer Xiao Dong has practiced at Zhonghao Law Firm since graduation. His career track includes Legal Assistant, Lawyer and Partner, and he now serves as the Secretary of the Party Committee of the law firm. 

Director of the Yuzhong District Lawyers Working Committee, Vice President of Yuzhong District Law Society, Vice President of Chongqing Young Entrepreneurs Association, Director of Chongqing Lawyers Association, and President of Chongqing Foreign-related Legal Innovation Service Federation. He has received numerous professional accolades, including Chongqing Outstanding Young Lawyer of Chongqing, Outstanding Lawyer Serving Private Enterprises of Chongqing, and LegalOne Star of Excellence in Real Estate Sector.
