Mr. Li Zhiheng is a partner at Kangda's Chengdu Office. Mr. Li has long focused on commercial dispute resolution, corporate and commercial matters, financial securities, and bankruptcy, restructuring and liquidation. In 2020, he was recognised as one of the first batch of "Company Law Specialist Lawyers" and "Financial Securities and Insurance Specialist Lawyers" in Sichuan Province. A case successfully represented by Mr. Li was awarded the Third Prize in the Supreme People's Court's 2022 Case Selection and was included in the Sichuan Courts' Top Ten Typical Commercial Cases of 2022. In 2026, Mr. Li was listed in the Legal 500 China City Elite: Chengdu Commercial Dispute Resolution ranking. In 2026, he was also named to the GCP "China Legal Elite Top 40." In 2024, he was recognised as a "The A-List China Business Lawyers Rising Star" by China Business Law Journal and received the Fourth Sichuan Province Top Ten Lawyer Representation Awards. Mr. Li currently serves as an arbitrator of the Wuhan Arbitration Commission, an arbitrator of the Taizhou Arbitration Commission, and a mediator of the Shenzhen Securities and Futures Dispute Mediation Centre. He is skilled in providing comprehensive dispute resolution solutions integrating litigation, arbitration and mediation, and is able to flexibly select and formulate the optimal dispute resolution path based on the case and client objectives.
