  • Advising Mytilineos on the acquisition of a majority shareholding in DEPA Commercial S.A., the state-controlled gas supplier, in the context of a tender process for the company’s privatisation through the disposal of the majority shareholding held by the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund SA.
  • Representing Vinci in its bid for the acquisition of a 30% stake in Athens International Airport (AIA) from the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund.
  • Acted as exclusive legal adviser to Hellenic Petroleum on the acquisition from juwi Group of a cluster of SPVs owning a 204MW PV park located in Kozani, Macedonia, and the construction, operation and maintenance of the park by juwi Hellas.
