We are honored and delighted that our practice groups have been recognized by The Legal 500. We are grateful for our clients who entrust us as legal advisors in their strategic transactions, and our talented lawyers who are focused on providing solution-based advice in order to achieve our clients’ objectives.

We will continue to deliver our best quality legal services for our clients.

Being recognised in multiple regional categories really highlights the strength and depth of the firm’s services. How important is it to have the right team around you?

The strength and depth of our services are based on our firm culture of shared goals and values – our teams are collegial, have a passion for excellence and ultra-high levels of commitment. This enables our teams to work together to provide solutions in complex transactions.

What do you see as the main points that differentiate your firm from your competitors?

Weerawong C&P provides signature services and strategic advice as a trusted advisor to our clients. We excel because we combine in-depth understanding of a client’s business, commercial awareness and legal knowledge to achieve successful outcomes.

We act in partnership with clients to successfully navigate the life cycle of a business, from establishing a company, to solving disputes, to completing some of the most significant transactions in Southeast Asia.

We also have a strong platform that enables us to provide comprehensive legal services in order to meet all our clients’ needs. This year we expanded our legal services in relation to competition law and international trade.

We have a number of talented partners and associates who are well trained both in terms of providing solutions and having excellent negotiation skills to provide win-win solutions for all parties involved.

This recognition signifies years of hard work. What is the most valuable lesson you can share with young, aspiring lawyers?

Set goals, be focused and determined, and you will meet them. Investing time and energy in building a solid understanding of the law and focusing on logical, strategic, and big-picture thinking are the keys to becoming a successful lawyer.

We provide ongoing training for our lawyers so that they learn from the real life experiences and practices of our senior partners and partners, with a strong commitment to the successful completion of the transactions of our clients.
