Which practices do you see growing in the next 12 months? What are the drivers behind that?

Our Commercial and Corporate practice is experiencing strong momentum, particularly in areas like cross-border transactions, investment, and regulatory compliance. Additionally, we anticipate growth in human resource advisory and estate planning and securing. These trends are driven by regulatory developments in Oman, growing foreign investment, and a broader push for governance and sustainability standards across sectors. We’re also seeing increased demand for legal guidance in digital transformation, especially from logistics, energy, and Ai.

What’s the main change you’ve made in the firm that will benefit clients?

The main change we’ve made in the firm to benefit our clients is embracing technology in a way that truly improves their experience with us. We introduced online consultations to make legal support more accessible, no matter where our clients are. We also implemented an ERP system, which ensures our clients stay fully updated on their case progress and any developments within the firm. We’ve established a website that includes resources and legal explainers, helping clients better understand their rights and obligations. These changes aren’t just technical, they’re part of a larger shift toward clarity, convenience, and client-centered service.

Is technology changing the way you interact with your clients, and the services you can provide them?

Absolutely! technology has significantly changed the way we interact with our clients. It’s made communication much easier and faster. With tools like online consultations, client portals, and instant updates through our ERP system, we’re able to provide quicker responses, share documents securely, and keep clients informed in real time. This shift has not only improved efficiency but also strengthened trust and transparency in our relationships.

Can you give us a practical example of how you have helped a client to add value to their business?

One recent example involves the establishment of a logistics company. Our team not only handled the legal structuring and contract negotiations but also guided the client on regulatory licensing and corporate governance frameworks. As a result, the client was able to scale operations, secure new investment, and meet government standards—positioning them for long-term growth. It was a clear case of legal strategy directly supporting business expansion.
