Billy advises clients on construction industry dispute resolution, conducting alternative dispute resolution mechanisms such as arbitration and expert determination. However, his knowledge of his industry allows him to get involved in case planning when the project is still ongoing, as well as lead multidisciplinary teams that will advise the client during the development of the procedure.
The Arbitrations in which Billy participates frequently have their origin in public infrastructure concession contracts, as well as public and private works subject to internationally accepted contract models, in sectors such as highways, sanitation, water treatment, mining, and hydraulic projects. and housing, including some of the most important of its kind in Peru in recent decades.
Likewise, in his more than twelve years of experience, Billy has not limited himself to representing his clients in procedures administered by distinguished national Arbitration institutions, but has also been in charge of sponsoring clients in procedures administered by international institutions as prestigious as the International Court of the ICC. of Arbitration, in cases that have involved actors from multiple jurisdictions.
