Juan Carlos specializes in advising national and foreign companies in the process of acquisition or sale of companies of diverse nature and business (fishery, agriculture, development and operation of infrastructure, energy, mining, among others), including the preparation and management of due diligence processes and documents necessary for the execution of transactions (purchase and sale of shares, investment agreements, shareholder agreements, among others).
Additionally, Juan Carlos has extensive experience advising local and international companies in the formulation and obtaining of mining concessions, acquisition and sale of mining projects, and the development of these in all its stages. Within this area, Juan Carlos has also actively participated in negotiating and preparing mining agreements for the exploration, exploitation, transport, and benefit of minerals.
