Hernán Velarde has extensive experience in zoning, urban planning, construction, administration, municipal and corporate law. He focuses on merger and acquisition transactions catered to real estate and financing. Hernán has gained relevant experience in the hospitality and leisure industry, advising clients in developing and operating hotels, marinas, gyms, and country clubs.

In addition, he provides advice on legal project planning, drafting, and negotiation of complex and everyday contracts such as land purchase and sale contracts, lease agreements, real estate trust agreements, surface contracts, usufruct and easement, credit agreements, and building contracts.
