The powerhouse construction team at Dentons remains a market leader, leveraging expertise to advise a roster of key construction industry players, including private investors, general contractors and contract engineers, across such areas as real estate, oil and gas and transport (railways). The team regularly advises on land acquisition and represents clients in zoning, environmental requirements, and building permit proceedings. The practice is jointly led by dispute avoidance expert Agnieszka Wojciechowska, who draws on extensive experience representing clients across a broad range of construction, engineering and infrastructure disputes; and Piotr Staniszewski, who represents foreign investors entering the Polish real estate and construction market. In addition, he leads projects relating to a variety of assets, such as offices, retail parks and hotels.

Dentons is lauded for its ‘experienced practitioners with extensive litigation and arbitration experience’, and sectors of activity include the manufacturing and automotive, energy, finance, construction and infrastructure, and transport industries, and it supports both local and international companies. Co-managing partner Anna Pukszto heads up the firm’s dispute resolution practice, as well as the restructuring, insolvency and bankruptcy group with notable expertise in finance litigation.
