Fabiano has been working for more than 20 years in matters of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (primary and secondary transactions), cross-border transactions involving Latin American countries, representation of publicly-held companies in corporate matters and, notably, transactions of hedge funds private equity on both the buying and selling sides. Fabiano also has extensive experience in representing shareholders, administrators and companies in administrative procedures before the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission – CVM.
​Fabiano was an in-house lawyer at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (currently Pfizer Inc.), located in the state of Pennsylvania, United States, being responsible for coordinating legal matters involving countries in Latin America.
