Career

Mariana is the partner responsible for the administrative law, regulatory law and regulated sectors at Stocche Forbes. Advises national and foreign clients in privatization processes, auctions and bids, advisory in relation to the regulation of the main infrastructure sectors in Brazil, including electricity, oil and gas, mining, basic sanitation, telecommunications, transport and logistics.

Mariana has extensive expertise in risk analysis of concessions and public-private partnerships. It also works in public consultations and hearings, tariff processes (adjustments, revisions and rebalancing), inspection, sanctions and prior consent.
