Martín graduated from Universidad Católica Argentina in 2016, and in 2019 he completed a Master’s Degree in Business and Economics Law from the Universidad Católica Argentina.

He specializes in providing legal advice to national and foreign clients in highly complex dispute resolution matters, in particular regarding bankruptcy and reorganization (“concurso”) proceedings, complex commercial litigation matters, company law conflicts, and class actions.

He also has experience in transactional and pre-litigious advice, as well as in many arbitral litigations.
