Position

Fernando Boyd is a Partner at Morgan & Morgan and works in the Estate Planning and Corporate Services Department, specializing his practice in business and corporate law, estate planning, private interest foundations, and company formation and management.

He is one of the lawyers responsible for the firm for managing the relationship with Terralex, a worldwide organization of more than 155 firms worldwide.

Mr. Boyd also participates as a conference speaker. In 2019, he was invited to give a speech on the upcoming constitutional reforms to the American Chamber of Commerce of Panama.

He obtained a LL.B. in the School of Law of the Universidad Catolica Santa María La Antigua in Panama (2004); and a LL.M. in Admiralty (Awarded with Distinction) from the School of Law of the Tulane University in U.S.A. (2005).

Mr. Boyd is admitted to practice law in the Republic of Panama.
