Position

He is experienced in complex corporate reorganizations, financial restructurings, distressed M&A and debtor-in-possession financings. His clients include leading private equity and hedge funds, large commercial lenders, multinational corporations and prominent advisory firms acting in various court-appointed capacities.

Linc is a member of the Insolvency Institute of Canada and is on the board of directors of Annual Review of Insolvency Law Society Inc.
