Christina Edwards counsels clients on all aspects of outsourcing and technology matters, including managing high-volume technology transactions. Christina assists clients with preparing and negotiating large-scale information technology and business processing transactions, as well as drafting commercial contracts, licensing and technology agreements. She has extensive experience working on a broad range of cutting-edge technology matters, including artificial intelligence (AI) and emerging technologies. Christina has handled several outsourcing transactions with multiple service providers, including application support services, network services, procurement services, human resources services, and finance and accounting services. With a corporate background, Christina advises clients on aspects of commercial contracts and outsourcing arrangements that may intersect with other important aspects of their businesses. She drafts and negotiates various commercial contracts, including software and technology license agreements, maintenance and support agreements, master services agreements, and confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements. She also has experience with supply chain management and other procurement issues.
