ECM practice head Johan Thiman, whose varied practice sees him advise issuers, financial sponsors, and underwriters, is noted particularly for his work on major cross-border IPOs. David Tayler’s varied practice spans acquisition finance work, public-to-private transactions, and real estate finance matters.
