Tracy is a legal director in our Real Estate Practice Group.
She has experience in a broad range of commercial property transactions including acquisitions, disposals and development agreements, landlord and tenant matters, property management and corporate transactions for a range of clients, across a variety of sectors.
Recent highlights include acting for various funds on the forward funding of two student accommodation development projects for £17.5m and £24.8m respectively, the acquisition and subsequent finance of a portfolio of 11 investment properties for £158m, and the acquisition, asset management and subsequent disposal for £31.5m of a mixed use site in Leeds.
Tracy acted for a retailer on the sale and leaseback of three strategic distribution centres for £26m and two portfolios comprising a total of 26 retail premises for £27.7m, and the conditional grant of a lease of a further distribution centre for an annual rent of £1.85m. She has also acted for a large corporate on the conditional disposal of a contaminated manufacturing facility for residential development for £4.2m.
Tracy also leads the team acting for the Greater London Authority in connection with the delivery of grant funding to assist the private, registered provider and local authority sectors to fund the removal and replacement of unsafe cladding on residential buildings.
