Career

Armando is a Partner of the Labor Practice Area, specialist in Labor Procedural Law.

He has significant experience in legal advice in the preparation of labor planning, hiring and dismissal of personnel, compliance audit of labor standards, analysis and planning of productive outsourcing mechanisms (labor intermediation and outsourcing of services), participation as Arbitrator of collective negotiations; and, mainly, the advice in administrative procedures and judicial processes.

In the academic field, Armando has been an adjunct professor of the Integration Seminar in Labor Law and assistant professor in postgraduate courses in Labor Procedural Law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. Also, he has participated as a guest professor at the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences, to discuss issues of Labor Law.

Likewise, Armando has participated as a speaker in various seminars and courses on labor matters, especially on the New Procedural Law of Labor, provided to private companies and to State agencies. Finally, he is the author of several published articles specialized in Labor Law.
