Position

Alex Morris leads our Wealth Planning practice area. He specializes in advising companies on national and international fiscal planning, as well as on international taxation.

Career

He assists clients on designing the most appropriate legal structures to organize our clients’ patrimony, in compliance with current regulations. Additionally, he counsels on the preparation of shareholders’ agreements in closed companies or equity groups, family protocols, good corporate governance structures, asset protection, selling companies, fiscal planning, corporate compliance and estates.

Alex is the former president of the Peruvian Institute of Tax Law (2009-2011), vice president of the Peruvian chapter of the International Fiscal Association. He collaborates with Tax Notes International.

He taught Tax Law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, and practiced Law in Spain from 1988 to 1993.
