Career

Odín is the partner in charge of Mayora & Mayora’s offices in Honduras, currently located in Tegucigalpa and San Pedro Sula. With more than twenty years of experience, he specializes in civil, corporate, labor, and international law, as well as dispute resolution. He advises important clients in a wide variety of industries such as energy, food and beverage, NGOs, among others. He is also an arbitrator and secretary at the Center for Conciliation and Arbitration of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Tegucigalpa.

He has been a Notary Public since September 2014, after having passed the oral examination by unanimous vote of the 15 magistrates of the Supreme Court of Justice of Honduras. He holds a master’s degree and other postgraduate studies in International Law and International Relations. He has appeared as an attorney before the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights and is a university professor and opinion columnist for La Tribuna, an important Honduran newspaper. He is currently a doctoral candidate in Economic Law and International Commerce at Complutense University of Madrid.

He has been recognized by legal ranking agencies such as Chambers & Partners and the Legal 500 for his leadership and professional expertise in Corporate, Commercial and dispute resolution matters.
