Iván has been part of the Mayora & Mayora team in Honduras since 2018. In 2010 he obtained his law degree from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Honduras with honors and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Commercial Law from the same institution. He has vast professional experience mainly in the area of civil, family and labor litigation.

Another of his main focuses is registry law, from the registration of commercial acts, contracts and real estate of all kinds, to the registration of trademarks and other distinctive signs that require more specialized knowledge.
