Position
Louise is a managing associate in our Jersey office, practising both Jersey and British Virgin Islands law having joined Bedell Cristin in 2012 after qualifying at another local leading law firm.
Since then, she has specialised in banking and corporate law with a particular focus on advising lenders on acquisition financings, leveraged financings and fund financings working alongside local intermediaries, large international banks and leading onshore law firms.
Louise is recognised in the legal directories for her depth of knowledge as well her client care and attention which has helped establish close client relationships.
