Ms. Liu Yan is a managing partner and the head of capital markets/securities department of Tian Yuan Law Firm. She has extensive experience in the field of capital market for more than 20 years. Ms. Liu has ever served as a full-time member of the 13th, 14th and 15th Term of the Public Offering Review Committee of the CSRC and a member of the Listing Committee of Shenzhen Stock Exchange.

Ms. Liu has advised on numerous industry-influential deals and transactions, i.e. domestic and overseas IPOs, M&A and reorganization of listed companies, refinancing, bond issuance at home and abroad, etc. Representative deals include Wanda Commercial’s H-share IPO and privatization, Shengjing Bank’s H-share IPO, Bank of Tianjin’s H-share IPO, BYD’s A-share IPO, Sunflower Pharmaceutical’s A-share IPO, Tronly New Electronic Materials’ A-share IPO, Lvcheng Water’s A-share IPO, YUNDA Express’ back-door listing, China Yangtze Power’s major assets restructuring and so on.
