Career

Mr. Wang is one of the founders of Beijing Tian Yuan Law Firm. He had been the managing partner of Tian Yuan since then until 2011, and is currently the chief partner of Tian Yuan.

Memberships

Mr. Wang served as a member of Securities Issuance Examination Committee of CSRC for two terms, and as a member of Restructuring Committee of CSRC for four terms. He was the only lawyer member out of the eight members of both committees in the history of CSRC. Mr. Wang also served as a member of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listing Committee. Currently, Mr. Wang serves as a member of the Executive Committee of M&A and Restructuring Committee of China Association of Listed Companies, as well as a member of the Review Committee of Shanghai Stock Exchange.
