Mark is a Partner, supporting the Commercial Litigation team and the Restructuring & Insolvency team. He has more than 25 years’ experience advising on a wide range of disputes, acting for major UK and international corporates, private companies, insolvency practitioners and individuals.

Mark has significant experience in pursuing claims in professional negligence, and has successfully managed claims against solicitors, surveyors, architects, accountants, insurance brokers and others in the financial sector.

Mark has a deep knowledge of all matters covered by insolvency legislation and company law, and he advises companies, individuals, creditors, debtors, lenders, borrowers, and all other insolvency stakeholders and professionals on contentious issues.
