The Fangda Partners capital markets team is widely regarded as a market-leading capital markets firm with a solid track record in both debt and equity capital markets including IPOs, follow-on offerings, H-share convertible issuance and corporate bonds issuance. It is a popular choice for TMT, healthcare, biotech and internet companies. Working closely with its Hong Kong office, the team regularly acts as both Mainland China and Hong Kong counsel, handling equity transactions for issuers, underwriters and other market participants.  In Beijing, Xueyan Jiang and Christine Chen focus on ECM and DCM transactions, respectively, while Dong Wu is noted for asset-backed securities transactions. Jeffrey Ding is highly recommended for assisting clients with listings on the Hong Kong Stock Market. Helen Zhao regularly supports Chen on cross-border bond issuances. Shanghai-based Michael Qi is another notable individual.
