Career
Alfred has considerable experience in insurance related litigation and arbitration, with special interests in claims relating to personal injuries and the Employees’ Compensation Legislation in Hong Kong. He also advises insurer clients extensively on interpretation of policy wordings and policy-related disputes with insured parties or other insurers regarding employees’ compensation policies, third party motor vehicles policies, contractors’ all risks insurance policies, building owners’ corporation third party policies, re-insurance treaties, etc.. His other specialities include contentious litigation involving property damage claims, real properties, tenancies/leases and non-contentious business relating to drafting of policies.
