Gere specialises in dispute resolution and litigation.  He primarily acts for insurers and corporate insured parties in defending employees’ compensation, road traffic accident, personal injuries and property damage claims.  He also advises insurers extensively on the interpretation of different types of policies and has considerable experience in handling policy-related disputes.

Gere has handled a number of disaster cases involving multiple victims that hit the headlines in Hong Kong.
