Career

Sam is a Partner and personal injury solicitor in Osbornes’ Catastrophic Injury Department, specialising in high value and complex injury claims, to include brain and spinal cord injuries, loss of limbs, fatalities, and severe psychiatric harm.

Sam joined Osbornes as a trainee in 2009 and qualified as a Solicitor in 2011, before becoming an Associate in 2016, building up a wealth of experience acting for Claimants in Employers’ Liability, Public Liability and Road Traffic Accident cases. Sam also enjoys productive relationships with many of the leading Personal Injury barristers in London.

Sam runs his own case load of high value claims including several valued at in excess of £1million. He believes in seeking justice for his clients by offering clear and concise legal advice.

Sam is an Accredited Senior Litigator by the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).
