Paradorn has more than 15 years’ experience in capital markets, mergers and acquisiitons, and corporate and commercial transactions. He advises domestic and international issuers and underwriters on domestic and international offerings of equity and debt instruments, particularly on offerings under Rule 144A/Regulation S, under the U.S. Securities Act, as well as under Thai securities law. His mergers and acquisitions experience is extensive, and includes advising on major transactions in a wide variety of sectors, and providing advice on multi-jurisdictional projects. Prior to joining The Capital Law Office in 2013, Paradorn was a partner at a leading law firm in Bangkok.
