Position
Alexandra advises clients on all aspects of work relating to investment funds, both regulated and unregulated.
Alexandra advises a number of large asset managers, including abrdn, Legal & General and Jupiter, and “host” authorised corporate directors on various matters relating to the structure and operation of regulated funds including: the establishment of umbrella and standalone OEICs and authorised unit trusts (UCITS, NURS and LTAFs); mergers/schemes of arrangements; fund terminations; fund range rationalisations; new sub-funds; rebrands; service provider changes and various other ad hoc changes and updates to their fund ranges.
Alexandra also assists clients with investment management agreements, depositary agreements, platform and distribution agreements, and advises clients in relation to on-going regulatory and compliance matters, including the application of the UCITS regime, AIFMD, MiFID II and ESG-related regulations.
She spent time on secondment at Coutts & Co in 2023 and Legal & General Investment Management Limited in 2016.
