Position
Alexandra advises clients on all aspects of work relating to investment funds, both regulated and unregulated.
Alexandra advises a number of large asset managers, including Quilter, abrdn, Legal & General and Jupiter, and “host” authorised corporate directors on various regulated fund matters including: the establishment of umbrella and standalone OEICs and authorised unit trusts (both UCITSs and NURSs); mergers/schemes of arrangements; fund terminations; fund range rationalisations; new sub-funds; and various other ad hoc changes and updates to their fund ranges.
Alexandra also advises clients in relation to on-going regulatory and compliance matters, in particular, regarding the application of the UCITS directive, AIFMD and MiFID II.
Alexandra spent time on secondment at Legal & General Investment Management Limited in 2016.
