Career
Wouter Jongen is an English and Netherlands law qualified finance lawyer focusing on leveraged financings and restructurings, acting both for borrowers and lenders. During his career, he has spent several years in London (including on secondment to a global investment bank during the previous financial crisis) where he gained invaluable experience dealing with cross-border complex restructuring files. Wouter frequently lectures in the LL.M. programme on international financial law at both King’s College (London) and the University of Amsterdam. Wouter is listed in all relevant legal directories as a “leading lawyer.”
