Caroline is a specialist commercial and non-contentious intellectual property lawyer and partner in the Commercial and Intellectual Property department.

Areas of expertise

Caroline provides advice to clients on a broad range of areas including: all types of commercial arrangements, including research and product development, manufacturing and routes to market; the strategic protection and exploitation of intellectual property rights, in particular know how and confidential information, trade marks and copyright; and use of technology for the delivery of products and services.

She has a extensive experience of commercial rights in sport including sponsorship, image rights, endorsements, brand licensing and activation at both a deal-specific and a strategic level as well as a specialism in brand protection and exploitation.

Caroline has a wealth of experience both in private practice and in-house means that she can offer well-honed technical skills in the context of a pragmatic, strategic and highly commercial response. She is often described as an extension of a client’s in-house team.
