Position

Marcia joined as a partner in the immigration team in January 2014. She has practised in the area of immigration, nationality and European law since 1998. Marcia is a leading expert on corporate immigration covering mergers and acquisitions. She is incredibly knowledgeable with HR policy, compliance and risk analysis; reporting and audit planning; high touch service planning for executives and VIPs; business traveller compliance; cost and budgeting as well as global project planning.

Marcia also provides training to HR professionals and practitioners on all aspects of immigration law.

Career

Before joining Kingsley Napley, Marcia managed the global immigration team at Ernst & Young. Prior to this she was a manager at the immigration firm of Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy.

Memberships

ILPA; AILA; IBA; ABA (Marcia is the International Co-Chair to the American Bar Association (ABA) LEL Immigration & Human Trafficking Committee) and the Law Council of Australia (including a member of the Migration Law Committee of the International Law Section). She is also an advisor to the Romildor Trust, an organisation that advises people who have been trafficked to the UK.
