Demetris Gregoriou is an enthusiastic and dynamic lawyer in our Corporate and Commercial department. Having completed his training at ENC in 2019 he was recruited as an Advocate/Associate within the firm. His valuable experience in matters relating to Corporate and Commercial Law, Competition Law, Employment Law and Intellectual Property Law, make him a valuable asset to the firm.
Demetris’s relevant experience is as follows:
- Competition Law: Drafting and preparation of merger control notifications; Provision of Anti-Trust advice to clients.
- Intellectual Property Law: Registration and renewal of Trademarks; Registration of Industrial Designs; Registration and validation of Patents; Transfer of IP rights; Drafting of Pledge Agreements in relation to IP rights.
- Corporate and Commercial Law: Administration Services; Registration of Companies, Drafting of various Company Contracts, Provision of advice in relation to Corporate Changes and Liabilities.
- Employment Law: Provision of advice relating to various Employment Law issues.
