Position
Partner Nils-Henrik Pettersson has worked as a lawyer since 1984. He has litigated hundreds of civil cases before the courts, including around 25 cases before the Supreme Court. He has extensive experience with arbitration cases, including as an arbitrator, and has litigated several of the most prominent cases that have been brought before Norwegian courts. He also has considerable experience with buying and selling businesses.
Nils-Henrik has special experience with cases concerning professional liability, auditors’ liability, corporate disputes, oil and gas related disputes and construction law and real estate. He also has extensive experience as a member of boards of directors, corporate assemblies and election committees in listed and unlisted companies.
