Position
Partner Therese Kristiansen has extensive experience in construction law, both in terms of counselling and litigation. Her background is from some of Norway’s largest building organisations, both on the building and the construction side of the process. In addition, she has for several years assisted large and small contractors alike both before and during the execution of the work, as well as through the final settlement process.
Therese also has experience with general civil litigation. Among other things, she has worked on matters relating to indemnification and recourse, enforcement, general contract law and public procurement.
