Isabelle Cheradame specializes in advising directors, senior managers and wider management teams, mainly in private equity transactions, in relation to the negotiation, structuring and the implementation of management terms and conditions and packages for both primary and secondary LBO transactions. Isabelle also has significant practical experience in the restructuring of packages when appropriate.
She also advises executive and non-executive directors, owners and shareholders in private and family-owned businesses on many key subjects including reorganization, capital growth, governance and remuneration subjects.
With her multicultural background as well as her broad and varied international experience, Isabelle has advised successfully in numerous small, mid and large cap “International and Cross Border” transactions over the last 10 years.
