Adrien Badelon specializes in advising founders and management teams at every stage of development of their companies in their negotiations with investment funds, in particular in relation to the implementation of management packages in the context of LBO transactions.
Thanks to an approach which is both analytical and business-oriented, Adrien covers the wide spectrum of situations encountered by his clients: primary LBOs, cross-border transactions, large management teams, IPOs, negotiations with trade buyers, restructuring, etc. He has also developed a specific expertise in the FIG sector while representing founders and managers of French asset management companies and insurance brokerage groups.
