Hila Faber is a partner in our High-Tech Department. Hila has significant experience in commercial and corporate law, with emphasis on high-tech and venture capital industries.
Hila provides legal counsel to a wide range of local and international clients including, among others: entrepreneurs, start-up companies, technology companies, investors, venture capital and private equity funds on a wide variety of business activities.
Furthermore, Hila represents foreign and domestic clientele in mergers and acquisitions, investment opportunities in start-ups, venture capital and private equity funds.
Recognized by The LEGAL 500 international ranking guide, Hila was recommended for her achievements in the fields of High-Tech and Venture Capital.
