Claudia Popescu is a Special Counsel in the Bucharest office of Kinstellar, focusing on M&A, Corporate and Private Equity.
She has more than 20 years of experience in advising reputable companies on acquisitions and divestments, mergers, intra-group restructurings, regulatory and commercial matters, public offerings of securities, private equity, privatisations and other investment-related matters (including in regulated sectors).
Claudia’s expertise extends to regulatory, as well as ESG and sustainability matters. She has been certified by the International Association for Sustainable Economy as International Sustainable Business Specialist – Level II, and currently attends courses for certification by Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) pursuant to the GRI professional certification program.
