Position

Zsuzsa Csiki is a Partner in our Bucharest office. She is the head of the local M&A and Corporate practice, also leading the capital markets, financial regulatory and technology, media & telecommunications practices. Zsuzsa has over 13 years of experience in advising renowned companies on local and cross-border transactions and corporate reorganisations. Her practice focuses on structuring and negotiating business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations, private equity transactions, divestitures, business transfers, executive compensation and incentive equity arrangements or other general corporate matters. Zsuzsa’s expertise also includes working on capital markets and financial regulatory matters, guiding banks and other financial institutions through complex, international regulatory environments. Zsuzsa has advised on sophisticated mandates across many sectors with a strong focus on technology, media and telecommunications, where she personally handles matters as diverse as M&A, PE strategic investments, telecom acquisitions and related integrations, transfer of assets, GDPR implementation, contractual, consumer and compliance law aspects

Career

Zsuzsa joined Kinstellar as a Junior Associate in 2008 before we spinned off from a magic circle law firm and further advanced until present days. She was promoted to Partner in 2020.
